Talk to our staff
Our staff will:
Ask questions about your problem.
Provide appropriate information or referrals.
Assess if your dispute is suitable for CJC mediation.
Ask for your contact details and the details of the other person or people involved.
With your permission, contact the other people involved in the dispute and encourage them to participate in a mediation session.
Need an interpreter?
If you need an interpreter in order to speak with a mediation advisor, contact the free Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask the interpreter to call us on

If you are deaf, or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service on 1800 555 677 and then ask for
